Undertaking

Whaling History Tours undertakes to provide all services offered subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, which terms and conditions are accepted by the passenger.

Definitions

Passenger means: individuals, groups, companies or other legal persons using the services offered by WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN
including the agents of passengers.
Services means: the provision and transportation and/or meals as offered and accepted by the Passenger.

Prices

Durban South (Bluff & immediate suburbs) R500 incl. (five hundred Rand)
Durban Central (Beachfront & Berea) R600 incl. (six hundred Rand)
Durban North (Umhlanga) R700 incl. (seven hundred Rand)
Prices are subject to alternation without prior notice.
Prices are also subject to adjustment in the event of
changes in Value Added Tax or fuel price.
All prices and rates are quoted in Rand.

Payment

30% (thirty percent) of any tour price is due and payable on booking the tour.

Children

Not recommended for under 12 years.

Cancellation fees

Cancellations shall only be valid if received by
WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN 7 days prior to departure.
Less than 7 days 100% (one hundred percent) deposit will be forfeited.

Transportation is in air-conditioned minibus vehicle appropriate to the requirements of the tour.
