WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN shall at its discretion arrange seating of passengers, and other conduct rules and reserves the right at its discretion to decline to accept or retain any person as a passenger. Passengers shall obey every lawful instruction of any employee.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on board any vehicle. Regular comfort stops are included en route.

Delays

WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN shall not be responsible for the consequences of any delays whether arising from accidents, breakdowns, or any other cause.

Responsibilities

WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN carries extensive passenger liability insurance details of which will be made available on request.
WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN is not responsible for any damages sustained by any passenger as a result of any act or omission whatsoever.

Alterations

All tours are subject to alterations or cancellations at any time without prior notice and for any reason at the sole and absolute discretion shall not be responsible for any damages whatsoever arising from any such alteration or cancellation.

Standard and safety

WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN undertakes that:

• Vehicles provided are large enough to accommodate the number of passengers
• All drivers are licensed in terms of local legislation
• All vehicles are safe and comply with relevant local safety regulations

Law

The law of the Republic of South Africa shall govern the relationship between WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN and the passenger and the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have the jurisdiction in respect of any claims and/or disputes which may arise between WHALING HISTORY TOURS DURBAN and the passengers.

All tours require a minimum of 3 people.
Additional 50% surcharge for two persons.
Maximum of 7 persons
All tours conducted in luxury air-conditioned vehicles.
Rates include standard entrance fees, guided tours and meals.
All tours subject to availability and times of departure and arrival may vary.
Itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notification.
